All I could see was darkness
All I could hear was noise of silence
Demons of my nightmare came alive
Fear took over, terror on it’s height
I didn’t know where to go, where to hide?
Everything was a mess, hope fell apart
With a shuddering sound I woke up
Was it really just a dream?

The most important thing is how you fight those nightmares!!
You cannot run from it forever, you need to end it at some point.
